Rumor has it that new Mexico City Diablos Rojos owner tndsweet has been in talks with numerous franchises about moving star cf/2b prospect Eugene Garcia.
At the age of 21 Garcia has played in only 29 Major League games, hitting for a .319 batting average and stealing 17 bases.
The club has stated they are looking for Starting Pitching and is willing to take on salary.
