Miami, FL - It was a sad day for baseball fans in Miami, FL today as GM of the Florida FlyTekks announced that the team would be moving to New York at the end of the season.
Rumors had been swirling about the possible sale of the team to a group that would want to move the team away from Miami.
"We are excited to move our team to the great city of New York," said GM Flytekk at today's press conference.
The team will move into Shea Stadium, where New York Evil Empire moved to Durham prior to this season.
